Abstract
The objectives of this study is to obtain a Database and statistical model for the modulation of xenobiotics metabolizing enzyme activities.
The advanced technology necessitates the availability of data and information in a speedy way to carry out research work. Therefore the data of xenobiotics and xenobiotics metabolizing enzymes has been collected and organized in a handy data bank.
In this work, the specific data about ceratin type of drugs available from previous experimental work has been assembled in computer files as a frame work and creating very accurate and intelligent program with database IV language to obtain any information with minimum effort, maximum speed and maximum accuracy.
The program allows the calculation of changes in enzyme activities as a response of treatment with xenobiotics using treated and control data values and allows investigation of the interrelationships that might exist between different enzyme systems through calculating correlation coefficient.
