Abstract The water suspension of the dry powder of the aerial parts of Cornulaca monocantha (Family Chenopodiaceae) and Tribulus terrestris (Family Zygophyllaceae) exhibited high molluscicidal activities against Biomphalaria alexandrina snails, the intermediate host of Schistosoma mansoni in Egypt (LC90 = 200 and 230 ppm) after 24 hours exposure respectively. |
