Abstract

AIM OF INVESTIGATION
The current work was carried out to study the following :
1. The effect of storage for different times at room temperature, on the shelf life& kepping quality in relation to Egyptian and international standardas of thtee kinds of canned fish (sardine, tuna and mackerel).
2. The quality of all tested kinds and the effect of the previously mentioned storage attributes.
