Abstract Statistical analysis of the obtained results indicated that :- 1. Serum aspartate aminotransferase activity reached its peak at late pregnancy, where values were (67.10±10 U/L). 2. Serum total bilirubin level reached its maximum value in early lactating group, which were (6.77±0.87 m mol/L). 3. Total protein level reached its maximum value in early lactating group (11.22±0.48 gm/100ml). 4. No significant changes in the concentration of albumin level between examined groups. 5. Serum globulin reached its maximum value in early lactating animals (5.55±0.68 gm/100ml). 6. Serum total cholesterol reached its maximum value in late pregnant animals which were (5.31 ± 0.50 m mol/L). 7. The results of serum total lipids pointed out to a marked elevation in animals showed undifferentiated anoestrum (6.15 ± 0.06 m mol/L). 8. Triglycerides values reaches its maximum value, also in animals with undifferentiated anoestrum. The value was 1.15 ± 0.06 m mol/L). 9. Blood glucose values showed no significant changes in their mean values between different examined groups. |
