Abstract
The aim of this work is to assess the role of the
serum level of IFN-γ in the pathogenesis of AA and to
clarify its relation to the severity of the disease and the
control of IFN-γ production may be important to the
management of this disease which can be useful for the
new modalities of treatment concerning Anti-IFN-γ
drugs
