Abstract
Now the Botulinum toxin has widely been used medically in the treatment of many diseases, and has an important role in the treatment of several urological disorders as in overactive neurogenic bladder and detruser sphincter dyssynergia which improves incontinence and decreases the high intravesical pressure and uretero_vesical reflux and improves the quality of life of the patients and protect the upper urinary tract from increased backpressure and repeated infection.
