Abstract
Thermoregulatory ability and heat tolerance were found to vary considerably between species and between individuals within the same species and even tissue and organ has a different sensetivity for thermal injury where the effect of acute heat shock on cells can range from survival and adaptation which mediated by expression of HSP70 that act as thermal switch to apoptosis .It was aimed from current study to investigate the response of heat stress on rat through expression of HSP70 mRNA in rat and the level of Hsp70 mRNA expression in liver and brain after return to normothermic temperature .
