Abstract Several different epidemiological methods have been applied in studies of C.N.S. such as biotyping ofstaphylococci and antibioticsusceptibility test while wide spread of antibiotic without previous sensitivity testing resulted in development of multidrug resistant Bacteriological examination of a total of 115 samples obtained from cow milk and human urine (from milk 38 isolates and from human urine 3 isolates) the highest incidence was noticed among samples obtained from milk 38% mean while such incidence among A total of 38 staphylococcal strains isolated from cow milk were tested for coagulase production revealed 10 isolates coagulase positive, staphylococci 26.3% and 28 isolates coagulase negative staphylococci (73.60/0). Meanwhile a total of 15 specimen isolated from human urine, and 3 were identified as staphylococci and the remain were Gram-negative bacteria and 3 isolates were coagulase negative (20%) on the basis of total samples and 100% on the basis of |
