Abstract

This research was conducted to study the possibility of reducing the percentage of silica and isolate cellulose pure of both rice straw and bagasse and study the possibility of improving the use of these residues are available locally and which annually produces large quantities in the governorates of the republic and in particular the province of Kafr El-Sheikh in order to convert cellulose obtained over to carboxy methyl cellulose wasstudy the possibility of making use of its physical and chemical properties and to improve the nutritional properties of some food products.
