The natural resources, whether they are agricultural, mining, marine, or other, are considered a major factor of establishing the city, also the industry is an important factor in the establishing of residential areas in the vicinity of industries. The exploitation of the natural resources without awareness or planning and in a wrongful manner caused the waste of those resources and the loss of future generations’ right to use those resources. This will result in stopping the growth of the cities and making them unattractive and repellent to the residents, in addition to the depletion of the land’s wealth and the decreasing in production.
