Abstract Urinary abnormalities among school children represent one of the most frequent abnormalities that can be detected during routine examination.The most common urinary abnormalities are isolated hematuria or isolated proteinuria or combined hematuria and proteinuria , which may be either gross or microscopic. This study was conducted on one thosand school children between 5-12 years old (468 male child and 532 female child) in alexandria . They were subjected to dipstick urinalysis, positive cases from the first examination were screeded again one month later then a third screening for persistent cases one month from second screening was done. |
