Abstract
In the present study 126 faecal samples as well as 126 seerum samples were collected fromm the same bovine animal. Of the non-sorbitol fermenting isolates only 2 were identified as E.COLI 0157:h7 gave a characteristic patterns the two E.COLI0157:H7STARINS GROWNto stationary phase showed greater rates of iniur with heat acid freezing and addition of different 0157:h7 was electrophoressed using SDS-PAGE anti-E.COIL0157::serum reacted with more than one band with molecular weights of 44.5,52.5 and 71.k.d.da while only one band with molecular weight 44.5k.da wasc obtanined anti-brucella serum.also sharing band
Between E.COLI 0157 and B.MELITENSIS WAS observed in their RAPD pattern at 2514 base pair.
