Abstract
In view of a number of advantages, interest is now refpcussed on the rectal administration of Drugs.
The work presented is as a contribution to the subject of formulation and evaluation of suppositories.
Factors infliencing both in-vito and in-vivio testing of suppositories have been studied , namely formulation and procesing variables.
