Diabetes appears to be a global health.It is estimated that, the developing countries will bear the brunt of diabetes epidemics in the 21 st century especially eastern mediterranean region.
The transition to urban environment and greater economic affluence has been associated with changes in physical activity and dietary patterns that have promoted the prevalence of diabetes mellitus.
