Abstract
Twenty one patients were selected for this study to compare between the effect of three impression techniques on retetion of denture bases for mandibular flat ridges.
Patient were randomly classified into three equal groups :
The 1st. group received dentures made by pressure impression technique utilizing Zno/E (open mouth).
The 2nd. group received dentures made by pressure impression technique utilizing Zno/E (closed mouth).
The 3rd. group received dentures made by functional and anatomic impression material and rubber base impression material.
