Abstract
inducing energy consumed in buildings is the main target of this research. Computer and specific programs achieve this task. The research deals with elements consuming energy among which are light, lifts mid air conditioners.~ working in shifts energy is reduced in lifts depending on in du building at tang time. Replacing Aiy4*redmcej enerry illuminaion.re&cing thermal loads inside the room helps to reduce exe7U in air conditioners. For this it is required to control lighting and kumidity, then calculate cooling or heating load.Throughout chapters of the research special calculations and programs designed especially to control these elements are illustrated clearly.
