Abstract
Amines constitute the most important class of organic bases.
They are derivatives of a-m-aionia in which one or more hydrogen atoms are replaced by an alkyl or aryl radical
whan dissolved in water, amines are pdrtialli, converted to ions,
and give an alkalise reaction, due to the excess hydroxide ion
