Abstract
the Present Study Aims At Developing An Educationl Program For Nurses Working In the Medical Units About Diet Therapy For Cardiac Patients At the Main University Hospital Of Alexandria The First Step InPlanning Any Program Is To Identify The Needs For Such Program Accordingly this Study Was Done In order To Assess The Needs Of Nursing Personnel And The Needs Of Patients For Such A Prigram Therefore Nurses Knowledge As well As Patients Knowledfe Regarding The Dietary Management For Cardiac Patients Were Assessed Two Tools Were Used In order To Sollect Data First Tool Was In the Form Of Questionnaire To Anurses Knowledge.
