Admission To The Hospital Is Considered A Sstressful Event In The Patients’ Life The Nurse Has A Role In Mini Mizing Its Effect br The Present Study Aims at Identifying The Of An Orientation Procedure On Patients Adjustment During Their Hospitalization br The Study Was Carried Out At The Medical Out Patient And In Patient Departments (The Five Medical Units) Alexandria Main University Hospital The Sample Included 100 Ambulatory Patients Alert Aged 20-60 Years And Admitted For The First Time The Sample Was Divided Equally Into Two Groups Matched According To Diagnosis Sex Age Educatinal Level And The Place Of Residence.
