Abstract
Petroleum refining and processing is one of the main stages of the petroleum industry. The government has devoted particular importance to peteroleum industries because of its vital role in securing the country’s requirements of refined ptroleum products. the political and economic changes encountered in Egypt have induced crucial changes in policies and strategies of the country.
