Abstract
Dental amalgam is the most commonly used dental filling material. Most of the studies dealing with dental amalgam were based on characterization and testing of ready-made dental amalgam alloys. This work was conducted to investigate the potential of manufacture of dental amalgam alloys in Egypt on proper and scientific basis.
