Abstract

The Results of the Study :
1- Studied the effect of three sowing dates ( may 25th, June 10th and June 25th ) on yield and yield components of soy bean cultivares indicated that plant height, leaves per plant, number of branches, dry weight per plant, leaf area per plant, leaf area index, Number of nodules, number of days to 50% Flowering and Number of days to maturity were significantly increased with earliness in sowing from may 25th followed by those sown on June 10th. However the lowest values were resulted from plants sown on June 25th.
2- Studied the effect of sowing dates on yield components of soybean cultivares indicated that number of fraitful node per plant, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, seed yield per plant, seed index, seed yield per feddan, straw yield ton/feddan, harvest index Biological yield (ton) per feddan were significantly increased with planting 25th followed planting Jun 10th.
3- The results indicated that addition the full dose of 60kg N/Fed produced the highest values of plant highest, Number of branches per plant, leaf area per plant, leaf area index, Height of the first pod, number of seeds per pod and seed yield per feddan while that addition the full dose of 15 kg N/feddan before sowing with inculation produced the highest values of number of leaves per plant number of days to 50% flowering, number of days to maturity, number of fruited node per plant and number of seeds per pod.
4- Studied the productivity of four soybean cultivars found that Giza 22 cultivar recorded the highest values for plant height number of leaves, leaf area per plant, leaf area index, Number of fruitful node per plant, Number of pods per plant, seed yield per plant, straw yield ton/feddan, while Giza 111 cultivar recorded the highest values for total dry weight per plant, number of branches, Number of nodules, seed index, seed yield per feddan.
