In this work, further attention is given to the method of correlating rotating machine defects vibrations collected and displayed by the various types of analyzers.
Experimental measurements, using vibration analysis were done on a Sutidyne pump wbi can be used in liquid circulation in NPPs. comparing measurements due to upnormal res with normal measurements which are taken from historical data of the pump and stored in used software of the portable ofiline vibration measuring device ”CSI”, it was found that high amplitude for impeller blade pass at frequency= 1528.16 Hz causes high fluctuation the high speed shaft at frequency=191.02Hz which led the journal bearing to high clearn with the high speed shaft which led to friction of the white metal on the journal surface.
Also a high amplitude for the upper meshing on low speed shaft at frequency= 6228.75Hz for the lower meshing at medium speed shaft at frequency=12797.25Hz was observed in measuring spectrum.
