Abstract This investigation was conducted during 2003 and 2004 seasons in a private vineyard located at Salah El-Din village,Minia district,Minia Governorate the merit of this study was testing the effect of organic and inorganic fertilization, the biofertilizer nitrobine and ascobin on growth and fruiting of white banaty seedless grapevines.the experiment included three factors.the first factor consisted from five organic and inorganic ratios of the fixed and recommended N rate namely 100 g N/vine namely (1) 100% organic form,(5 k g Copost El-Neel) (2) 75% via organic form +25% inorganic forms,(3.75 k g Copost El-Neel+122 g ammonium sulphate/vine (3)50%via organic form+50%via inorganic form,(2.5 k g Copost El-Neel +244g ammonium sulphate/vine) (4)25%via organic+75%via inorganic from(1.25 k g Copost El-Neel+366 g ammonium sulphate/vine)and (5)100% inorganic form (488 g ammonium sulphate).the second factor comprised from two levels of biofertilization with nitrobiene at 100 g/vine and (2) unbiofertilization.the third factor evolved the four concentrations of ascobin compound(antioxidant substance) namely 0.0, 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3% therefore, this experiment included forty treatments.each treatment was replicated four times, one vine per each.from the results of this study, fertilizing the white banaty seedless, grapevines at rate of 100 g N/vine as 50% from organic source(2.5 kg compost El-Neel)and 50% from mineral source(244 g ammonium sulfate/vine) in addition to 100 nitrobin/vine and three time spraying with ascobin at 0.2% concentration/vine led to an increase in vegetative growth, leaf minerals contents, increased productivity and improved fruit quality characters. |
