Abstract

This work is devoted to study the electrical and magnetic properties of metal free (H2Pc), Nickel (nipc)and Copper(cupc) phthalocyanines The Electrical Properties of these Compounds are Studied in Vacoum and in the atmosphere of Different Gases and Vapours the Compensation Effect is Observes and the Cbaracteriatc Comperature to is Almost the same for all therse Compound the results the Coaduction Result in Vacum of these Compounds are Presented the date are Interprered in Terms of the bond and hopping .
