Abstract
Reinforced cincrete beams are structural members designed to fail in a ductile manner under ultimate loading condition. in order to assure the ductile failure in flexure, sufficient shear capacity should be necessarily provided. this study is concerned with the strengthening of high strenth reinforced concrete beams deficient in shear.
