Abstract

At present, the generated materials (polymers vehicles - Nanonip) through the systematic deployment of the particle in the origin of the polymer Nanaunay very popular as it offers many advantages in all industries.
- Due to the large surface area of the particle Nanaunay of clay they use in the processing of polymer compounds - Nanaunay.
- The compounds (polymer / clay - Nanaunay) by the spread of the clay particles Nanonip in the origin of polymer gives a lot of attention in scientific and industrial disciplines.
- The study of molecular motion of polymers at the interface area between the origin of the polymer and clay are very important to understand the characteristics of improved compounds Nanaunay. To examine changes in the molecular motion of polymer, it must study the dynamic glass transition.
- Polymer used in this letter is (Nylon 6) filled with a kind of clay (Nanovil 919) and different concentrations for the processing of many systems in different mobility and to compare the dynamic behavior of the parts of the non-kinetic as well as the phenomenon of relaxation in the polymer semi-crystalline and inorganic compounds Nanaunay, using different techniques such as technical thermal survey, which is about two types (clear thermal Tkadly) and (clear thermal Tkadly-frequency thermal) next to this technique was also used technology spectrum bipolar electrical (dielectric) and technical dynamic mechanical thermal analysis.
- Bisthaddam thermal survey by measuring the specific heat capacity of the samples, I’ve found that there are two parts of the non-kinetic can questionnaire, one result of the overlap between particle and polymer clay and the other between Alamblmr itself. Through these measurements also found that the values of glass transition temperatures less than in a small after the addition of 29.2% of clay particles, while at concentrations less than this percentage, the values of glass transition temperatures to not depend on the concentration of fillers. As well as parts infinitely on the motion to not depend on the concentration of fillers.
- While in the measurements of dielectric, we found that the conductivity Constant dominate the values of the dielectric and that at frequencies smaller and temperatures great, but when the frequency value of one MHz, the impact of this conductivity is very small so we can easily set the value of the temperature of moving glass of the same clean, a ranging from 45-50 degrees Celsius and this value is consistent with the value of the thermal survey measurements.
