Abstract
Reaction of 2.4-dichloroquionoline-3-carboitrile166 with an excess of the appropriate alkylamine 202a-e in DMFsolution at room temperature did not afford the 2-alkylamino-4-chloroquinoline -3-carbonitriles 203 but rather gave the expected isomeric structure,4-alkylamino-2-chloroquinoline-3-carbonitrilies204.
Pyrazole is one of the most important nuclei,since it is incorporated in several drus used in treatment of different diseases. Different compounds contain pyrazole nucleus are used as antibacterial , antiviral anti-inflammatory, antipyretic also used as insecticides.Therefore, we were interested to synthesize new derivatives containing pyrazole nucleus.
