Abstract
The present work aims to study the production of B-mannanase from some local fungal isolates.B-mannanase is mainly important because it used in cleavage of B-1,4-D mannopyranosy likages within the main chain of galactomannan,glucomannan,galactoglucomaand mannan.all endo B 1,4-D mannanase significantly cleave the main chain af mannans,yielding mannotriose and mannobiose.
