Effect Of Some Agricultural Practices On Sugar Beet (Beta Vulgaris L.)
In the present work, two field experiments were carried out at the experimental farm of faculty of Agriculture, Minia University, Egypt, to study the effect of sowing dates, i.e. October 1, 15 and November 1, cultivars, i.e. Ras poly, kawa terma and top and hill spacings of 20, 25 and 30 cm on growth characters, yield components as well as some chemical components and quality characters of sugar beet (Beta Vulgaris L.) during 1995/1996 and 1996/1997 seasons
