Abstract
The present study was caried out at sids agricultural research station and mazoura (west El-fashn sector ), bani swef Governorate, Egypt ,during The two successive seasons(1995/1996 And 1996/1997)to study the yield potential of the new released long spike wheat genotypes sids 4, sids5,sids7,sids8and sids 9and giza 164under high and low N fertilizer level (0,40,80and 120 kg N/faddan )the experiments were laid out in a split –plot design with four replication .the n fertilizer treatments were assigned to the main plots and the genotypes to the sup plots . four plant samples were taken at 75.89.103and117days fome sowing for growth measurements .at harvest the grain yield was calculated.
