Abstract
The aim of this study is to evaluate the pharmacological and surgical management of primary postpartum hemorrhage in the period between 2004-2005 in Obstetrics and Gynecological Department, Zagazig University Hospitals this study evaluated the rotine antepartun and poatpartum and poatpartartum CBCthe comaring of antepartum and postpartum Hb and Hct values was significant but comparing of antepartum and postpartum platelet count was not significant this study was carried on 212 cases of primary postpartum hemorrhage Zagaaaazig University Maternity Hospital ( from January 200 to 2005) .
