Abstract
The object of this study was to establish an effective method for rapid propagation of globe artichoke, (C.V. Herious) and to produce large number of genetically identical plants through tissue culture techniques. Therefore, this study involved: A- Establishment of an aseptic cultures. B- Multiplication of propagules. C- Rooting and in vivo establishment cultures.
