Abstract
The present work deals mainly with the petrographical,geochemical and geochronological studies of some selected granitic masses which are among the best examples of intrusions within the geologic sequence of the egyptian basement complex.they includes order Granitoids represented by Abu Ziran and shaitian granites corresponding ti Normal and Gataclastic calc-alkaline old Granites respectively .During the field work,about150rock samples representing the granitic rocks under investigation were collected the granitic rocks under investigation were collected these samples ere subjected to detailed petrographic and geochemical studies.
