Abstract
New Work Carried out in This Thesis is Divided into Two Main Parts :
1- The Synthesis of 4-and - 8 - Substituted [ 4.3 : 4.5 ] Thieno [2.3-d ] –Pyrimidines
In this part the Following heterocycls were prepared and some of their chemical and physical properties investigated. It is concerned with the Synthesis of a series of compounds belonging to 4-and 8- substituted pyrido [ 4.3 : 4.5 ] thieno [2.3-] Pyrimidines .
2- Synthesis of Novel Spiro Heterocyclic Systems
The aim of the present investigation in this part is to study the Synthesis and chemical behaviour of new structures based on novel heterocyclic systems which are derived from the know spiro-[ 5.5]- undecane -3- one
