Abstract
In the present study dimilin ( an insect growth regulator , 25% active ingredient ) was applied to embryos of Bufo regularis reuss to explor its effects during the period of early development.
The results :
1- Poorly Differentiated neurulae with or without epidermal folding.
2- Poorly Differentiated neurulae with open or more or less closed neural tube and open blastopore.
3- Poorly Differentiated neurulae with double neural flanks on both sides of a persistent shallow dorsal yolk plug.
4- Poorly Differentiated neurulae with a persistent yolk plug.
5- Poorly Differentiated neurulae with Double persistent yolk plugs.
6- Poorly Differentiated neurulae with Double neurula
