Abstract
In the present study Sarcocysts were investigated in some domestic animals in el-minia province. Buffalo , Cattle, Sheep ,Goats , are the experimental animals of the present investigation . the Natural infections of sarcocysts were 84.50% in esophageal and 80.50% , 63.50 % and 55.00% in tongue , diaphragm , and heart muscles of buffaloes , respectively . In Cattle these ratios were 81.50 % 69.50 % , 62% and 57.50 % .The Natural Infection of sarcocysts was found to be very low through the muscles of young animals and is increased with age to bout 100% in old animals
