history will probably confirm that the advent of arthroscopy is as great a contribution to the orthopedics as the technique on internal fixation and total joint replacment.
although we have grasped much in the past few years, we are still reaching.
after this study has been completed we are greatly confident that the surgical arthroscopy particularly of the knee joint is of great importance now and in the future to provide upto date managment of all knee problems and by time arthroscopy will be economically cheap.
