Abstract To evaluate radial keratotomy as a surgical treatment for myopia as regards incisional parameters including depth, number, length and cutting through the limbus or not. Our findings in the present work concluded that : The results of r.k. were unpredictable as the patients with the same parameters considered showed different results. so. the follow up of more than one year after surgery is recommended to evaluate stability and predictability of r.k. operation.
