Abstract
In this study we plan to compare between normal subjects, glaucoma suspect patients (patients with ocular hypertension and suspicious optic)and early or established cases of primary open angle glaucoma discovered for the first time during routine examination of the patient attending minia university hospital. this will assist us to outline and make schematic arrangement for management of any suspicious person who may develop glaucoma in the future.
The results were collected and compared . it was found that the study of aqueous humor dynamics mainly the facility of outflow using a computerized machine (computerized tomography) can aid the early diagnosis of glaucoma often before it becomes clinically manifest with pathologic rise in IOP and before visual field defects.
