Abstract
A number of new disubstituted 1,2,4-triazoles and 1,2,4-triazolo 1,3,4 thiadiazole derivatives were synthesized the structures of all the synthesized compounds were confirmed by their spectral and analytical data;IR,1H NMR, and Mass spectra which all agreed with the assigned strucutres the prepared compounds were tested for antimicrobial activity againsst B.subtilis (Gram positive), Pseudomonas areuginosa(Gram negative)and streptomuces species (Actinomycetes) displaying different degress of antimicrobial activities or inhibitory actions.
