Abstract
The Present Study Compromised Of 450 Prisoners (313violent Criminals And 137 Non Violent Criminal ) . The Age Ranged from 16-73 Years With A Men 33.6 (+/-11.88)This Study Was done Between December 1993 And November 1994 In El-Minia Prison And The Fuculty Of Medicine, El-Minia University.
The Prisoners Were Interviewed Using A Specially Designed questioner with Special Reference To Age At First Crime, Type Of Crimes, Marital Status, Occupation, Family History Of Criminality, Absence Of Father.
Bucaal Smear For The Control showed No Abnormality For the Extra Y Bady, while In Tested Cases, 29 Cases Were Suspected, And Blood Sample Was Drawn To Do Karyotyping. Karyotyping revealed that Two Abnormal Cases . the First Cases 47.XYY And Belongs To the Violent Type Of Criminals. The Second Case Was 46,XY,20p- (An Abnomality In Short Arm Of Chromosome 20) And This Case Belongs To Non Violent Criminals .
