Abstract
This study deals with the following parts: A. Detection and analysis of immunoglobulin probes 1)protein detection of lg immunoglobulin in animal B cells. three cell lines of murine origin were used these are: A20 Mopc 315 Caracteristics 1E4B11F11.
2)Detection of the lg protein in human paraffin embadded samples using immunohistochemical and immunofluorescence microscope.
B. Detection and cloning of idiotypic DNA this part contains detection og lg of DNA genes using PCR analysis in:
1- Animal model example for contant region of the lg to establish proper conditions for amplification.
