Abstract
Cinnarizine used mainly in the treatment of cerebral circulatory disorders in elderly patients, motion thickness, nausea , and vomiting . it is also used for the treatment of moderate allergic states. The goals of this study are : 1- Enhancement of Cinnarizine solubility through the use of surfactants at different pH values and temperatures in the presence and absence of hyDROPhilic polymers. 2- Preparation of solid dispersions of Cinnarizine with certain polymers to enhance its dissolution especially at slightly acidic pH value (pH 5). 3- Studying the effect of cyclodextrins on the solubility of Cinnarizine at different pH values and temperatures. 4- Preparation of cyclodextrins inclusion complexes together with hyDROPhilic polymers in order to increase its dissolution rate . ...
