Abstract
The area to the west of the high dam lake(the study area) has been subjected to considerable development activities over the last few years in the well known”Toshka project” .The main development in the area includes the cultivation of about 0.5 million feddan using surface water -#102;-#114;-#111;-#109; the lake in addition to groundwater resources -#102;-#114;-#111;-#109; quaternary and Nubia aquifers to accelerate the development places.
