Abstract

Sixy-three species in addition to two varieties of A.nidulans and one variety of Humicola grisea which belong to tewenty-six genera were recorded in the present tivestigation. br I-Peanut seed-brone fungi were surved in forty sample of pricarps, covered and uncovered seeds,collected from different places in Egypt,at two temperatures of incubtion,28and45 c. br a.At 28c,A.niger was the most frequent fungal species in pericarps(represented in 95% of sample),but A.fumigatus was the most frequent in covered(82.5%) and uncovered (100%) seeds.The other most frequent fungal species were fenicillium funiculosum,A.terreus and A.ochraceus.Fifteen species of Aspergillus and fourteen species of penicillium were collected in this part. br b.At45c,A.funmigatus was presistently the most frequent in the three substrates was followed by A.terreus and A.niger.Eight species of Aspergillus were identified in this part,but penicillium was eliminated.
