AIM OF THE ESSAY
This essay aims to understand the pathophysiology, pathogenesis, clinical classification clinical presentation, how to diagnose it and recent advances of treatment of myocardial infarction in children in ED.Our target that emergenty pediatrician should be prepared to recognize, stabilize and transfer the child with acute myocardial infarction to the treating physician.
