congenitel tibial pseudarthrosis(CPT)is a congenital condition of unknown origin which discontinuity of the bone at the junction of the middle and distal thirds or beyond is present at birth or develops thereafter during the growth period, permitting abnormal mobility and creating the illusion of a false joint.
