Abstract
We aim to study the patterns of in stent restenosis and comparing the different modalities of Intervention; conventional balloon angioplasty, cutting balloon angioplasyty, and restenting as regard initial and six-months clinical and angiographic outcome. The most common modality to treat ISR is percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty ( PTCA)but long-term results are unsatisfactory, with a high recurrence rate, particularly after treatment of diffuse.
