Abstract
The aim of this study is to compare the safty and efficacy of conventional versus trypan blue dye assisted in pediatric cataract surgery.The study was carried out on 60 eyes of 30 selected bilateral pediatric cataract patients (9 females, 21 males) attending the ophthalmic outpatients clinic of Zagazig university hospital (from April 2004 to November 2006).br>They were admitted for A with or without IOL implantation.
